All items must be received back to our facility within 30 days once the orders are delivered. Once received, you will be issued a Store Credit in the form of an e-gift card which will be available to use during checkout at anytime.
If you are not happy with your order we will be happy to issue a STORE CREDIT of the purchased goods, We have to receive the merchandise within 30 days after delivery date in the United States and Worldwide.
- To be eligible for a Store Credit, your purchased item/items must be unused, with tags and its in original condition received. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete and expedite your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that is always provided with every single transaction to be included with the goods being sent back.

- We have to be notified for the goods being returned within 24-48 hours via email at email@example.com once the customer receives the order.
To save our Customers time and funds going to the Courier Stores or to the Post Office to process a RETURN and to insure a Hassle-free Experience we now offer RETURN LABELS currently for U.S customers only upon request. The customer is responsible for the RETURN LABEL FEE which is $5 in the US in most cases and will be guided through additional steps if needed via email. Return label fee can either be deducted from customers refund's total by customers choice. If the Customer decides to pay for the Return label fee separately payments are only accepted through our PayPal account please send your $5 payment to (firstname.lastname@example.org) And notify us immediately via email once the payment is submitted. A link to download and print the return label will immediately be emailed to the customer once the payment is confirmed by DONNÉE ᴾᴬᴿ DIEU via email.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN LABELS
are not available yet, but we're working on it with full effort to provide best experience possible equally for all our valued customers. however International Customers are always welcome to return the goods if they are not satisfied with for a Store Credit or Exchange.
If the customer decides not to obtain the return label through us and go with their own return label the tracking updates should be emailed to email@example.com alone with order number within 24-72 hours after the first notification we receive for the items being returned via email firstname.lastname@example.org
Are not cancelable. Due to the pre-payment made by DONNÉE ᴾᴬᴿ DIEU ® for every individual Pre-Order. Pre-Orders do ship out on or after the date specified on the product page of the Pre-Order item/items for more info please don't hesitate to contact us.
To Speed Up the process and to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item just in case it may run out of stock. (we will no longer process exchanges as it causes delays as well as items run out of stock quick, Based on numerous feedbacks Store Credit is the fastest and most efficient way to process a return.
SHIPPING and HANDLING
The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs including returning/exchanging the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an order, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
