At DONNÉE ᴾᴬᴿ DIEU®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every transaction to be a positive and effortless experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Extended 30-Day Returns

We offer an extended 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

All returned items must be received at our facility within 30 days of delivery. Once approved, a Store Credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card, redeemable at checkout anytime.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for Store Credit:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase must be included
• Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours via returns@donneepardieu.com

Return Labels (U.S. Only)

We offer prepaid return labels for U.S. customers upon request. A standard return label fee of $5 USD applies and may be deducted from Store Credit or paid via PayPal at paypalpayments@donneepardieu.com.

Once payment is confirmed, a downloadable return label will be sent via email.

International Returns

Prepaid labels are not available for international orders. Customers may return eligible items using their preferred shipping method.

Tracking Requirements

If you arrange your own return shipment, please email tracking information and order number to returns@donneepardieu.com within 24–72 hours.

Pre-Orders

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Customers may return items for Store Credit and place a new order to secure their preferred piece.

Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using trackable and insured shipping methods.

Return Address
